1. The product

AhanaZip Folder is an AhanaAI Company product. You buy a license at ahanazip.com. The Folder is a drop-folder client: files you drop are packed through api.ahanazip.com; packs you place in Decompress are unpacked through the same API with your key. Compression weights and packer IP stay on Ahana servers and are not shipped in the Folder. Restoration is intended to be lossless (bit-exact). Checkout is Stripe plan folder. Price: $9.99 for the entire first year, personal / non-commercial use (unlimited API pack/unpack for this SKU during the growth phase; free tier remains 5 GB/month). Commercial application or on-prem/on-site deployment requires a separate Commercial or On-prem license via sales. 2. Your files

You keep ownership of the files you put in the folder. We do not claim a license to your content except the limited right to process bytes for compression and decompression when you send them to api.ahanazip.com.

3. Unpack and account

Live Folder pack and unpack both use the cloud API and require network access and a valid key (free-tier or paid, per published limits). We do not currently ship a local offline unpacker for the live container format. A sealed local unpacker may ship later; until then, do not rely on offline restore. This does not grant a license to copy or reverse-engineer our codecs, kernels, or sealed vault files.

4. What you may not do

You may not extract, unseal, or redistribute codec, OS, or runtime files from any hidden vault. You may not present our engine as your own. You may not use the service to store or transmit material you do not have the right to process. Personal license may not be used for commercial production without a Commercial or On-prem license.

5. No ratio warranty

Compression savings vary by file. Already-compressed media may not shrink. We do not warrant a percentage, a speed, or a comparison to other codecs. Unpack of an AhanaZip container we wrote is intended to be bit-exact; if it is not, tell us and we will treat it as a defect.

6. Service availability

Cloud compression and decompression need the network and may be rate-limited. We do not offer an SLA on this page. Pack and unpack for the live Folder SKU depend on our servers (api.ahanazip.com).

7. Privacy

See Privacy. No phone number is collected on this site. Bytes you send for compress/decompress are processed to provide the service.

8. Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, the software and API are provided as-is. We are not liable for lost data beyond a commercially reasonable attempt to restore from a pack we wrote, or for indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.
